FAQ

Helena's Early Learning Playhouse is available 6:30am-5:30pm; however, each family will have their own contracted hours based on their needs and my availability during these hours.

You may only bring your child outside your contracted hours with prior approval and payment. Bringing your child outside of your contracted hours without approval could greatly affect ratios and you will be turned away or may need to stay in your vehicle until your scheduled time.

Tuition payments will be discussed during interview and signed on contract for each family. You will have a choice of paying monthly or weekly. You will receive a discount for paying monthly.

Tuition is based on many things - ages (infant, toddler, prek, school age); days care is needed (full-time, part-time, after school); when payment is made (monthly or weekly). You will receive a tuition amount once we've discussed your needs. You can find the tuition rates on the Enrollment page.

Tours are NOT available. I offer interviews to families who may be a good fit for my program and who follow through with the required steps.

*If you would like to be considered for an interview or put on the waitlist, visit the Enrollment tab and fill out the Prospective Child form.

*Families will be chosen from Prospective forms by who would be a good fit for my program.

*These chosen families will be invited for an interview.

*The families who would fit best in my program will be chosen for care.

*Registration fee is paid to hold slot only until initial start date.

*Enrollment forms will be completed in our app at least 2 business days before first day of care.

*Other information will be discussed during interview.
